Foundational Wellness Drips

These drips are often used as needed for general wellness support:

Myers Cocktail: The Myers’ Cocktail IV is a nutrient-rich infusion containing magnesium, B vitamins, and vitamin C, designed to support energy, immunity, and overall wellness.

Immune Support: The immune support IV packs an extra punch with added zinc and higher vitamin C amounts. It also contains B-vitamins and magnesium.

Glutathione Push: Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant that supports detoxification, immune health, and cellular repair. Delivered slowly over a few minutes, it’s often used alongside other IVs to enhance their benefit.

Intensive IV Therapies

These IVs are typically done in series of infusions, targeting more specific needs.

High Dose Vitamin C: HDIVC infusions often range from 25-100 gram treatments. These IVs are most commonly used by patients with chronic illness and cancer. When used adjunctively in cancer care, studies suggest potential benefits in reducing inflammation, enhancing quality of life, and improving chemotherapy tolerance.

Phosphatidylcholine: Phosphatidylcholine to support cellular membrane repair and detoxification, especially in cases of chronic illness or environmental toxicity. It’s increasingly used in integrative protocols targeting neuroinflammation, mycotoxin exposure, and lipid-based toxin accumulation, helping to restore membrane integrity and improve mitochondrial function. This therapy may benefit individuals dealing with cognitive decline, toxin-related illness, or systemic inflammation by enhancing detox pathways and vascular health.

LAMC: lipoic acid mineral complex (ie PolyMVA) supports various conditions related to mitochondrial dysfunction, including: chronic fatigue, Lyme, diabetes, cardiac disease, & neurological conditions.

Specific drip formulas can be created by your provider based on individual needs. An IV Consult and labs are required for these infusions.

EBOO (Extracorporeal blood oxygenation and ozonation)

EBOO is a gentle and safe procedure that allows us to detox several liters of blood each session and supply a fresh, continuous flow of ozone. With this technique, two IVs are placed (a “draw” and a “return” IV). The blood is run through a dialyzer (filter), which removes metabolic wastes, beta-2 microglobulin (inflammation), and others. While the blood is being filtered, it is also being exposed to oxygen and medical grade ozone. This process enhances oxygen utilization, modulates the immune system, stimulates the mitochondria, boosts the body’s antioxidant capabilities, reduces inflammation, and more. This process continues over a 1 hour time period, with 1.8 to 3 liters of blood being filtered and enriched with ozone before being returned to the body. At any point in time, there is only approximately 150 mL of blood outside your body. Most people do not feel any discomfort or uneasiness during the process.

Many Patients Report:

  • Increased energy and vitality
  • Sharper mental clarity
  • Stronger immune function & resilience
  • Improved healing times
  • Reduced pain and inflammation
  • Improved overall well-being

Who Might Benefit
EBOO may be especially supportive for individuals dealing with:

  • Chronic fatigue
  • Long COVID
  • Mold or environmental toxin exposure
  • Autoimmune conditions (ie Fibromyalgia, CFS, MS, etc)
  • Lyme disease and co-infections
  • Chronic viral syndromes (ie EBV, influenza, herpes simplex, pneumonia, COVID)
  • Cardiovascular or blood flow/oxygenation issues
  • General detoxification/cleansing
  • Reducing inflammatory Beta 2 Microglobulin

Weberneedle® Endolaser

Traditional laser therapy often struggles to reach deep tissue, with most energy lost at the skin’s surface. The Weberneedle® Endolaser overcomes this barrier by delivering therapeutic light directly into the bloodstream. The therapy aims to stimulate biochemical processes at the cellular level and to support the body’s natural healing mechanisms.
This innovative approach is especially powerful in photodynamic therapy, where light activates targeted compounds to help eliminate viruses, bacteria, parasites, fungi, and even malignant cells.

Key Benefits:
Direct pain relief for inflamed joints and nerves
Systemic effects through intravenous light infusion
Supports immune, metabolic, and cardiovascular balance
Antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, antiparasitic, and antitumor potential.

FAQs for IV Therapy

Yes. All IVs require a consult with our provider. For basic drips, this consult is included in the IV cost. For advanced drips or therapies, there is a consult fee unless you have orders for the IV from another provider.

For a basic infusion done once, we do not require labs. However, if you decide you want a basic infusion done routinely, we will a require at least a CBC & CMP be completed so we can monitor you appropriately. Advanced infusions & therapies, labs will be discussed during the consult.

This depends on the type of infusion, dosage, and tolerance to the drip. Most basic drips are 30-60 minutes. Advanced drips usually 60-90 minutes. EBOO appointments are two hours.

Frequency depends on your goals. Some people come in as needed for hydration or recovery, while others follow a series‑based plan for deeper therapeutic support.

Safety is our #1 priority. At Mend, we follow USP797 guidelines for compounding. All IVs are mixed under a sterile hood, which we routinely test to ensure continued sterility. Our hood is always up to date on certification.

Yes. All IVs are administered by trained medical professionals using high‑quality ingredients and sterile techniques to ensure safety and comfort.

Basic IVs offer quick, as‑needed support. Advanced drips are typically done in a series and target deeper issues like detoxification, chronic conditions, or metabolic repair.

For chronic conditions, we typically recommend weekly treatments to start, usually for 5 sessions. Some may require longer. After that initial phase, quarterly “tune‑ups” are encouraged — much like routine maintenance for your car — to keep your system functioning optimally and well‑supported.

Definitely! Consider it like an oil change for your car, everyone can benefit! For individuals looking for proactive care it is recommended to do quarterly treatments.
