About Our Clearlight Infrared Sauna

Our Clearlight infrared sauna creates a relaxing environment while providing a full spectrum of infrared heat for maximum health benefits. Our toxin free sauna has very low to no electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs) and low ELF – allowing the body to be surrounded by powerful, clean heat.

How Do Infrared Saunas Work?

Infrared saunas focus on the temperature of the body, rather than focusing on the temperature of the surrounding air. This allows the user to warm up with the sauna. As you absorb infrared heat, your core temperature will rise and produce a healthy sweat. This process is full of great health benefits, many of which are described below.

How an Infrared Sauna can help
improve your health

Deep Detox

Infrared heat supports natural detox pathways by encouraging a gentle, steady sweat that helps your body clear stored metabolic waste.

Improved Circulation

Warming the body from within increases blood flow, supporting oxygen delivery, tissue repair, and overall cardiovascular wellness.

Reduced Inflammation

Infrared wavelengths penetrate deeply to ease stiffness and support the body’s natural anti‑inflammatory processes

Muscle Recovery

Gentle heat relaxes tight muscles, improves mobility, and helps your body recover more efficiently after stress, strain, or daily tension.

Nervous System

Consistent infrared sessions help shift the body into a parasympathetic state, supporting deeper relaxation and stress regulation.

FAQs for Infrared Sauna Use

Preparation is an essential piece to optimize your sauna experience and benefits. Make sure to be properly hydrated and have plenty of electrolytes. Do not put lotions or oils on your skin. This will inhibit your ability to sweat. Towels will be provided, but feel welcome to bring your own towels. We recommend wearing a swimsuit or athletic wear, as you will sweat.

Once you arrive to our facility, a member of our team will guide you to the sauna room. The sauna will be preheated and the team member will provide extra instructions. Once inside the sauna, towel off frequently and lightly massage sore muscles to enhance the experience. Please be courteous to your allotted time.

Once your session is finished, please place your used towels in the hamper and take all your items with you. Increase your water intake throughout the day and replenish your electrolytes.

If you are currently taking medications such as beta blockers, diuretics or barbiturates, which can affect your heart rate or interrupt your body’s natural abilities to sweat, contact your physician prior to use of infrared sauna. If you have been diagnosed with, or suspect any of the following disorders/conditions, please contact your physician prior to use of infrared sauna as it may not be appropriate for you: Adrenal suppression and systematic lupus erythematosus or multiple sclerosis, recent (acute, within 48 hours) joint injury, chronically hot and swollen joints, enclosed infections (either dental, in-joints or any other tissue, breastfeeding, metal pins, rods, artificial joints or any other surgical implant due to the reflection of infrared rays by these articles, hemophiliacs and anyone predisposed to hemorrhage should avoid any type of heating that would induce vasodilatation, which can potentiate the tendency to bleed. Pregnant women are not permitted to use the infrared sauna.
